The format of the conference is designed to enhance the overall experience.
Presentations
A morning overview by each of the presenting companies is comprised of a quick 5
minute overview, outlining the core business and key attractions of that presenter.
Then each presenting company is provided with two 45 minute break-out sessions,
one in the afternoon and one the following morning, where a full presentation and
question and answer period are conducted. These break-out presentations are staggered
to allow an attendee to listen to each presenter (if so desired) during the remainder
of the conference.
Panel Discussions
Each year, topical panel discussions are defined where
presenting companies and or guests participate in an open question and answer forum
on both near term trends and future impact events.

Meetings
In addition, one-on-one meetings may be requested by attendees that will be
arranged by conference support staff at C. K. Cooper & Company.

Your request will be considered by the Research and Sales staff of C. K. Cooper
& Company. Invitations are normally sent out in early November to the top twenty
presenters, as determined by C. K. Cooper & Company. Based upon the responses of
those first twenty presenters, invitations are then extended further down the list
until all twenty slots are filled.
